Die Destaco Schubstangenspanner mit variablem Hub werden bei Anwendungen eingesetzt, wo die Dicken und Toleranzen der Werkstücke variieren. Diese Spanner eignen sich für das Spannen zwischen Rippen und schwer zugänglichen Hohlräumen. Aufgrund ihrer kompakten Konstruktion und verschiedener Betriebsarten eignen sich die Schubstangenspanner für Anwendungen in der Massenproduktion sowie zur Einzelteilproduktion.
DESTACO‘s F Series variable stroke, straight line clamps feature a high holding capacity, high side load capacity, and wiper ring that helps avoid contamination of the clamping mechanism. The aluminum housing leads to a lower weight unit, while the block style base provides variable mounting options.
DESTACO‘s FO Series variable stroke, straight line clamps are used in applications where workpiece thicknesses and workpiece tolerances vary. These clamps are suitable for clamping between ribs and hollow spaces that are difficult to reach.
Compact design and different types of operation allow for application of the straight line clamps in fixtures for mass production as well as for single part production. FO models feature a flange base foot mounting type and can be operated with one or two hands.
