Pneumatic hook pin clamps

Destaco’s hook pin clamps are designed to hold different sheet metal thicknesses without the need to use shims. The product line features tandem cylinders that provide consistent clamping force throughout the closing stroke. The sensing system can be mounted at different positions and has a plug that can be pivoted. Different pin diameters and shapes are available for greater flexibility and accuracy.

Destaco’s 82U50-3 Series of pneumatic pin clamps and packages are implemented in automotive manufacturing, sheet processing industry, jig and general mechanical engineering applications. These designs feature a compact enclosed aluminum body, high holding torques, and a long life cycle. Models are available with a hard alloy rest at the clamping hook, toggle action mechanism, shielded cover that protects against welding spray. There’s also an optional inductive sensing module with LED display.
