increasingly important. Misaligned pulleys can subject machinery to unnecessary
forces which results in increased wear and vibrations, which can lead to
premature failure of the roller bearings and ultimately to machine downtime.

The LüCo LaserPro© laser alignment tool facilitates the correct alignment of the pulleys, the installation of the drive belt and is helpful for maintenance documentation. The bright laser beam is clearly visible on the silver, magnetic test pins. The pulleys are aligned with each other via the front and side surfaces. The LüCo LaserPro© alignment laser and the test pins can be attached very quickly. The operating instructions are easy to understand and handling is simple and intuitive.
Professional alignment of the pulleys
Drives with two or more belts or with power belts are particularly susceptible to misalignment, which leads to large differences in belt tension. Misaligned pulleys cause increased wear on the drive belts and pulleys, noise and vibrations and can cause unplanned machine downtime. Excessive vibrations can cause bearings to fail prematurely. Additional abrasion causes premature belt failure.
Conventional measuring methods, such as assessment with the naked eye or with the aid of a straight edge or alignment cord, are uncomplicated and quick, but are generally also very inaccurate. Laser-assisted alignment systems enable much more precise alignment.
