Designed for hygiene bevel gearboxes

The gearboxes from the HDV series are intended for use in the food industry. They are based on our tried-and-tested standard gears from the single-stage bevel gear range (V series) and therefore have the same external dimensions.

They differ in the following features: All external parts are made of high-quality stainless steel. The shaft sealing rings installed in this version have an additional dust lip. The housing and the flanges do not contain any holes or other pockets for dirt to collect.

The required mounting holes are made application-specific according to your specifications.

The choice of materials, the design and the surface finish guarantee you easy cleaning properties and therefore maximum hygiene. The design of all external components is in stainless steel and effectively prevents any form of corrosion. Stainless steel is also resistant to acids and alkalis. The typical product qualities such as smooth running, high efficiency, robustness and accuracy are guaranteed and an excellent delivery is a matter of course.
