Our large gearboxes are individually tailored to the specific needs of our customers and are characterised by their robustness, durability and efficiency. Whether for mining, power generation or other industrial sectors with particularly high requirements - we supply large gearboxes up to a unit weight of 40,000 kg, which are optimally tailored to your technical specifications and guarantee maximum operational reliability. The gearboxes can also be designed with optional gearsticks. The oil supply systems, sensors or add-on parts (clutches, brakes) are also supplied if required.

One of the greatest challenges in the development of large gearboxes are the extremely high torques and loads, while at the same time the highest precision and tight tolerances must be maintained. Large gearbox construction often requires customised solutions that are tailored to specific customer requirements - whether in terms of operating conditions or integration into existing systems. In addition, large gearboxes are designed for long-term reliability and low maintenance requirements, which is particularly important given the demanding operating conditions.

Should a problem nevertheless occur, we will ensure that you are quickly provided with a serviceable unit. On request, we can also keep a stock of spare parts, which would enable an immediate replacement.
