Flange coupling DIN116

Flange couplings DIN 116 are torsionally rigid, particularly robust and reliable shaft connections that can withstand impacts and radial or axial loads. The coupled shafts must be exactly aligned. The form C flange couplings are provided with a recess for axial thrust washers according to DIN 28135. Application e.g. with vertical stirring or agitation shafts.

Axial thrust washers are not included in the scope of delivery and must be ordered separately.

The connection dimensions of the flange couplings correspond to DIN 116, but the coupling parts are only centered using fitted screws. Standard version with keyway according to DIN 6885/1. Keyways according to DIN 6886 or DIN 6887 are available upon request. In the case of shaft connections with different shaft diameters, the coupling size assigned to the largest shaft diameter is used (reducing coupling).
