Destaco’s Round Tooling End Effectors are the most widely used, economical and user-friendly modular tooling system for high volume, high speed applications. Round tooling is ideal for pick-and-place part handling, manual manipulating, packaging, and palletizing.

Round Tooling Brackets Blocks

Destaco offers cross transition or T-Clamps that feature brackets that can mount flange style tool changer housing to both sides of the boom. When the bracket slots are engaged with dowels placed in the boom at assembly, they help prevent the mounts from rotating during operation.

Round Tooling T Clamp

Destaco’s T-Clamps connect two steel tubes perpendicular to each other in a low profile design making these units ideal for tight spaces. These models feature a simple, low-profile design, optional black oxide finish, and a high level of usability.

Round Tooling Wrist Clamps

Destaco’s wrist clamps feature a lightweight aluminum construction, clamping bolts, and are a low-profile unit for connecting two tubes perpendicular to each other within tight spaces.

Wrist Rotation Assemblies

Destaco’s wrist rotation assemblies for round tooling are self-contained tip units are designed for use with dual-axis loaders and unloaders. Their rotation can be adjusted with the use of a cylinder stop tube, and the unique wedge-lock uses frictional force to secure the unit within the tubing.

Round Tooling Swivel Arms

Destaco´s swivel arms are available in three standard lengths to offer three ranges of linear adjustability. These arms offers a versatile attachment point for vacuum generators and adaptors, proximity switches and nest mounts brackets.

Round Tooling Single End Extension

Destaco´s single end extensions utilize a three-bolt adjustment system; two bolts for individual adjustment of each joint along with one bolt for linear adjustment. This allows for adjustment at a single point of axis while the other areas of adjustment remains secure.
