All of the tooling solutions are compatible with cobots that have an ISO 9409-1-50-4-M6 end-of-arm mounting pattern. Blank robot and tool plates are offered for those who wish to use their own mounting patterns.

Robot Quick-Move Base Solutions

Quick-Move Robot Base Changers allow precise robot portability between multiple workstations for increased flexibility and productivity. A single Quick-Move robot Base Plate can be coupled to an endless number of workstation mounting bases for multi-purpose robot applications.

Solutions for standard robot mounting and user-machined mounting configurations are supported.

ARV Vacuum Grippers

ARV, the patented Auto-Release Venturi offers users the fastest vacuum and blow-off in the industry with single line operation, integrated blowoff and built-in exhaust silencer. The ARV Vacuum Gripper mounts directly to all 10kg ISO 9409-50 robots. An optional vacuum sensor ensures that the part is properly gripped by the ARV Vacuum Gripper.

Magnetic Grippers

The Magnetic Gripper Kit is an ideal solution for pick and place applications of ferromagnetic materials such as steel and iron. This gripper is an air actuated device requiring no electrical connections for operation. The magnetic gripper base mounts directly to robots with an ISO 9409-1-50-4-M6 pattern.

Multi-mount Tool Array Solutions

Multi-mount Tool Array Kits mount up to 5 tools to ISO 50 mount robots. A single robot can do up to 5 different operations without the need for a tool changer, making a single robot act like 5 robots. Tool offsets are variable by selecting different extension lengths that separate the robot adapter from the tool plates.

Multi-Mount Machine Tending Solutions

Machine tending with ISO 50 mount robots is made easier with modular Multi-Mount Machine Tending Kits. Load and unload CNC machines with customizable tooling that mounts a wide variety of tools. Tool offsets are variable by selecting different extension lengths that separate the robot adapter from the tool plates.

The product is assembled with a Robot Adapter Kit, 2 Extension Kits and 2 Tool Plate Kits. Air Blow-Off Kits are optional.

Multi-Mount Tool Extensions

Multi-Mount Tool Extension Kits allow access into tighter work spaces by increasing the tooling distance away from the robot arm mounting surface. Use Multi-Mount Tool Extenders to eliminate interference with onboard vision systems, extend the robot reach into the work space or facilitate easier product placement in assembly, sorting and packing operations.

Multi-Mount Tool Extenders provide fast and simple installation with easy to follow instructions. Each kit includes all tools and hardware necessary to assemble each kit and mount to your robot.

Robot Direct Connect Gripper Adapter

Reduce time and simplify hardware integration with Robohand’s DirectConnect Robot Adapter and Sensing Solutions. The Adapter Kit mounts 30+ different Robohand grippers to robots with an ISO 50 mounting pattern. The DirectConnect sensors work with Robohand pneumatic grippers to sense open, close and part present connecting directly to the robot arm.

Manual Tool Changers

DESTACO’s TC1 Series tool changers are ultralight, compact, and ideal for cobot work cells and applications requiring custom coupling solutions. Designed for safety, ease of use, durability, and excellent repeatability, this tool changer features a very low profile and a coupling solution with pneumatic and electrical pass-thru capability. The tool changer features IS0 9409 mounting, plus a highly adaptive blank version that is easily modified by machine builders for application specific needs.

Tool Tree Storage Solutions

Organize your robot tools with DESTACO’s modular TC1 Tool Tree Storage Kit. Tools mounted to TC1 tool changer tool plates are stored securely and quickly by sliding the tool plate into the tool holder.

The Tool storage tree is a cost effective and expandable solution. The user can add or remove tool holders as needed. Organized tools are critical to maintaining a clean and efficient workstation.

Micro-Tool Palletizing Solutions

MicroTool Palletizing End Effectors provide a truly customized off-the-shelf end effector solution for palletizing, packaging and transfer applications. Microtool Palletizing End Effectors uses the length and width of a carton to easily determine if an “H” or “I” end effector structure is suitable for the application. The solution requires the carton to not exceed a weight of 10kg.

Selection tables define the kits needed to build a complete system. Kits include all tools and hardware with complete, easy to follow instructions.
