BodyBuilder End effectors

BodyBuilder™ is a modular, adjustable end effector solution engineered for heavy duty applications. The flexibility of the system allows modifications to the end effector in minutes, greatly reducing start up time to launch. The "no slip joint" design guarantees the end effector will stay in position even in the harshest of applications.

Mid Mounts

BodyBuilder™ mid-mounts are structural mounting platforms that can be used as a direct robot interface with supplied hole patterns. They provide reliable clamping of extrusion boom inline with mounts.

Heavy Duty Mid Mounts

BodyBuilder™ heavy duty mid-mounts are engineered, durable structural mounting platforms that can be used as a direct robot interface. They provide reliable clamping of each extrusion for maximum stability. Standard robot interface patterns are provided, and the plate can be left blank. Certain models can also be used to mount pneumatic manifolds and electric proximity blocks.

T Clamp Bracket Assembly

BodyBuilder™ octagonal tooling t-clamps can connect up-to two 30mm to 60mm extrusions perpendicular on the same plane. These models feature a lightweight, high-strength aluminum design, can be configured as a connector between booms for added stability, and include alignment nuts.

Angular Brackets

BodyBuilder™ angular bracket elbows can mount up-to two 30mm-60mm extrusion booms inline at a 45° angle. These angular brackets feature a lightweight aluminum design, and some models can be used as a robot interface when the quick-change connect is not required.

Swivel Arms

BodyBuilder™ swivel arms for end effectors mount seamlessly to extrusion booms and are used with bumpers, round locators, proximity switches, and Auto-Release Venturi (ARV) systems. The one bolt design allows for easy assembly and adjustment, making accessory repositioning easier.

Sensor Mounts

BodyBuilder™ sensor mounts for end effectors assist with the detection part status – using double blank PNP sensing, double blank NPN sensing, and infrared PNP sensing for the left or right side of mounts.

Tooling-Bajonette

BodyBuilder™ octagonal tooling bayonets are used in conjunction with Quick Disconnect Housing to provide an efficient method for changing tools manually. They feature two, hardened alignment pins that allow quick and accurate installation into the housing and are available with optional 4-port air and electric.

Nest Guides

BodyBuilder™ nest pad guides can be mounted with the use of an apple core style mount bracket. These steel models are available in a range of lengths and heights.
