V-belt pulleys

With over 100 years of experience in the design and manufacture of belt drives, we are a powerful partner for your drive solution. We manufacture individual V-belt pulleys in all common profiles up to a diameter of 2,500 mm.

With our moulding process, we can mould all drive pulleys flexibly, quickly and without model costs and manufacture them in our own foundry. Whether it be V-belt pulleys, flat belt pulleys, flywheels or special drives such as lattice drums - we process them on the most modern CNC machines as a complete service from a single source.

Unit weights of up to 6,000 kg are possible without any problems. Our drives are then perfectly balanced on our Schenck balancing machines. We can also carry out sub contract balancing for our customers. We also offer surface treatments such as finishing or rubber coating.

Materials

  • Standard: Cast iron with lamellar graphite EN-GJL-200 to EN-GJL-300 (GG-20 to GG-30), DIN EN 1561
  • Alternative: Nodular cast iron (EN-GJS-400 to EN-GJS-800) or cast steel (GS), welded steel version or aluminum

Shaft-hub connection

  • Cylindrical bore with / without keyway
  • Prepared for couplings, flanges, clamping sets or TaperLock clamping bush connections

Possible designs

  • Arm, plate or solid disc
  • Double arm / double bottom disc with stiffening ribs
  • Two-piece drive pulley
  • V-ribbed washers / Poly-V washers

Balancing standards

  • Standard according to DIN 21940-11 in quality grade G16
  • Available in quality grades G6.3 or G2.5 on request

Surface treatment

  • Primed / black oxide finish as standard
  • Individual surface treatment and special painting is also possible
