Machining of grooves
Modern FRÖMAG grooving machines enable the insertion of even complex grooves according to DIN 6885/1 up to a width of 100 mm and a length of approx. 600 mm. Fitting fields P9, JS9 or H9 can be freely selected depending on the desired application. Several grooves offset to each other, tangent keyways according to DIN 271 or grooves with tightening according to DIN 6886 are also inserted.
In addition to machining drive elements from our own production, we also offer contract machining of customer-specific components. In the case of particularly high demands on the geometries, the tolerances or when inserting into hardened surfaces, grooves can also be inserted by eroding.
