We train specialists

Fabian (19) and Jan (16) have been the new trainees in our company since September. Three months after starting their training, both have settled into their everyday working lives and are actively supporting our teams in administration and production. We are once again looking for committed and motivated young people for an apprenticeship at FLOHR in the coming year.
Training year 2023
Industrial clerk
Fabian's area of responsibility includes all commercial processes in the company. In particular, personal customer and supplier support will make up a large part of his in-company training. An important part of this will be order and project management. He supports the sales team with data management in the CRM and ERP systems and helps with dispatch management.
Industrial mechanic
Jan's main tasks are manual and machine cutting, as well as milling, drilling, turning and grinding machine components. He learns how to set up, operate and monitor CNC-controlled machine tools. They will also help with the maintenance of tools, equipment and machinery. Reading, applying and creating technical drawings is an integral part of the training to ensure the precise production of small components. Later, he will also be employed in quality control.
Welcome to the team
The initial excitement has subsided after three months on the job and the first few days at the local vocational school. After a total of three and a half years of training in our company, the two will be highly sought-after specialists. We are delighted to be able to accompany Fabian and Jan on this journey and wish them an instructive time, interesting impressions and every success!
