New: Globoidal and parallel stepping gears

With the new globoidal and parallel indexing gearboxes, we have expanded our range of gearboxes for applications such as conveyor and slewing units, the automotive, food, packaging and consumer goods industries. These gearboxes are designed to support indexing applications that focus on starting and stopping a piece of equipment at precise intervals at set stations.

The globoidal as well as the parallel stepping gearboxes ensure an optimal ratio between performance and space requirements. Different sizes cover a large number of applications with finely graduated torques, laws of motion and shift angles. Our gearboxes also meet demanding requirements with high cycle performances, short switching times and high efficiency.

Special designs with stainless steel housings, special shafts and flanges, special motion laws etc. are available on request.

Curved rollers: Full-needle or full-roller stud type track rollers

Globoid curve: Hardened > 60 HRC and finely machined with a surface roughness Ra < 0.5 µm

Eccentric: Infinitely adjustable for highest accuracy

Lubrication: Lifetime lubrication with gearbox fluid grease or lubrication with gearbox oil
