Worm gears P030-110

The worm gearbox P030-110 is available individually or combined with an electric motor. It is also available as a single worm gear or as a double worm gear. With this in mind we are confident we can generate the right drive for you thanks to this modular system.

Worm gearboxes have the great advantage of self-locking and can achieve very low speeds due to the large gear reduction range. This is greatly enhanced when using a double worm gear, here you are able to reduce the speed many times over. The use of worm gear motors is also considered to be very space-saving and also makes for an economical assembly.

  • Gear ratio from 1:7 to 1:99, depending on the size
  • Body sizes 030-085 in aluminum alloy / size 110 in cast iron
  • Worm shaft case hardened to 58-60HRc
  • Bronze alloy worm wheel with steel hub
  • Gearboxes 030 to 085 are supplied with "long life" synthetic oil. Size 110 is supplied unlubricated with vent, leveling and drain plugs. Filling quantity depends on the installation position.
